1. The compressor pressure is low: the actual air consumption is greater than the output air volume of the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity box, the air release valve is faulty (cannot be closed when loading); the intake valve is faulty, the hydraulic cylinder is faulty, the load solenoid valve (1SV) is faulty, and the minimum pressure The valve is stuck, the user’s pipe network is leaking, the pressure setting is too low, the pressure sensor is faulty (controls the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity box), the pressure gauge is faulty (the relay controls the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity box), the pressure switch is faulty (the relay controls the constant temperature and constant Wet tank compressor), pressure sensor or pressure gauge input hose leakage;

 

2. Exhaust pressure of compressor is too high: intake valve failure, hydraulic cylinder failure, load solenoid valve (1SV) failure, pressure setting too high, pressure sensor failure, pressure gauge failure (relay control constant temperature and humidity box compressor), Pressure switch failure (relay controls the compressor of constant temperature and humidity box);

 

3. The compressor discharge temperature is high (over 100): the compressor coolant level is too low (should be seen from the oil sight glass, but not more than half), the oil cooler is dirty, and the oil filter core is blocked. Temperature control valve failure (damaged components), the oil cut-off solenoid valve is not energized or the coil is damaged, the oil cut-off solenoid valve diaphragm is ruptured or aging, the fan motor is faulty, the cooling fan is damaged, the exhaust duct is not smooth or the exhaust resistance (back pressure) ) Is large, the ambient temperature exceeds the specified range (38°C or 46°C), the temperature sensor is faulty (controls the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity box), and the pressure gauge is faulty (the relay controls the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity box);

 

4. Large current or tripping when the compressor starts: user air switch problem, input voltage is too low, star-delta conversion interval is too short (should be 10-12 seconds), hydraulic cylinder failure (not reset), intake valve failure ( The opening is too large or stuck), the wiring is loose, the host is faulty, the main motor is faulty, and the 1TR time relay is broken (the relay controls the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity box).
